2 December - the deadline for payment of property taxes for 2018 year.
Apartment owners, rooms, houses, plots and vehicles pay them based on tax notices. These documents are sent by the tax office: by mail or through the taxpayer's personal account. In addition to the three property taxes, the notice may include income tax, who could not withhold the withholding agent.
There are no more completed receipts
FROM 2019 years, along with the notification, they no longer send completed receipts. Now only the details for the transfer are indicated there.

By UIN with authorization on State services
Specify the UIN of a specific payment in the special field. UIN is in the table with barcodes under the data on each tax. Log in, so as not to indicate card data. The details are filled in automatically - all that remains is to confirm the payment.
UIN without authorization
If you do not have a verified account on Public Services or want to pay taxes for other people, pay without authorization. Enter your full name and email address, to get a receipt.
Pay UIN taxes
Through the taxpayer's personal account
You can enter your personal account on the website nalog.ru using the State Services account. To pay tax, click on the orange button "Pay" → "Through the website of the credit institution" → "State services". Log in and pay tax in one click.
It is impossible to check the accrued taxes on the State Services portal
Tax notifications come by mail or to the taxpayer's personal account on the website nalog.ru. Current accruals of property taxes are not reflected on the State Services portal. They will appear in your personal account, only if they turn into debt - that is, after 2 December.
There is no commission when paying taxes on Public Services, and the payment goes through instantly. It will take a few more days, to be taken into account in your personal account.
